... it might result in vandalism to your car. I also don't think they're very effective to sway people.

If Trump wasn't so bigoted and crazy in many ways, and if he didn't reveal his pro-wealthy agendas recently, there's parts of his rhetoric that strike me as "progressive" in some ways -- e.g., his warnings about "free trade" deals, speaking out against the influence of money in politics, etc. Some of it reminds of stuff that Noam Chomsky and others have been rightly been warning Americans about for quite awhile.
