The last time I checked, condoms have a 88%-98% success rate when it comes to practicing safe sex. Keep in mind, Pence is the same buffoon who argued that cigarettes don't cause cancer. Just what was Trump thinking when he picked this tool as his VP? He's hated even in his home state.
