1. No words in all CAPS.
2. No double superlatives, if it were real would have said amazingly awesome health.
3. There would have been details:
a. Really, really low blood pressure
b. Extraneous details - no hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, or brain replacements
c. No cancer, STD's, heart attacks, Alzheimer's, typhoid, or zika
4. Would state she was certainly the most healthy woman to ever run for President.
