It can be read online or downloaded as a PDF.

Compared to Trump's doctor's letter (includes link to Trump campaign site where the letter can be downloaded in PDF format) about his health which didn't say much about any health issues Trump might have or include any health history, the letter from Dr. Lisa Bardack is a complete medical assessment Of Hillary Clinton.
