I mean he did some serious hacking before he fled and defected.

Now he's got the nerve to suggest that his hosts who are providing him room and board might be the ones who hacked us.

How does this work with him? He's living off Putin's dime but makes statements like that.

Is that to throw people off? What are the Russians getting out of him? They certainly aren't hosting him out of the goodness of their hearts.
