We're getting to the point where we can say maybe she just did it because he is the fastest guy in the world. It is sad there are people who would still have something about racism pop up as their default. The white winner could just enjoy his victory and laugh at Ellen. It's like looking for something for a black guy to be sad about when he does not have to. And in fact it does seem he is enjoying his victory and laughing with Ellen.
