(36,130 posts)I used to have a dog. Spread it all over his fur, brushed it in and he never had bug one. I highly recommend it over Frontline for your little guy.
It's great stuff in so many other ways. It's also a big secret that exterminators don't want people to know about. Finer than cornstarch, it brushes invisibly right into your carpet, floorboards, upholstered furniture, bedroom linens and elsewhere. It kills all bed bugs, and any kind of small bug by slicing their exoskeletons so their fluids dry them up into what looks like a tiny dirt ball.
I used it by door entrances in the fall, when bugs try to get in, in the backs of kitchen cupboards and drawers and everywhere else. I started with it around 2011. I can tell you I've never had a bug in my house since. I sound like an infomercial, but you should know that people all over the world take it to rid themselves of intestinal parasites, and that it's the safest organic anti- small bug killer on the market.
It's been used on skin to keep mosquitos away. But I don't use it in the garden, because birds need bugs to eat.
Hope this is helpful.
