3. War with Iran.

I read a list of current possible nuclear was scenarios one of which went like this.

U.S. attack Iran to stop nuclear weapon development.
Since they can't do much to the U.S. they attack Israel.
Israel uses nuclear weapons against Iran.
This started a step by step process of nuclear weapons nations wanting to get in on the action.
By the time it ends a total global thermal nuclear war.

This was just speculation by some doomsday people but in detail (much more than I have given) it did make some sense.
