My (Asian) wife is something else. Her remark about romney. [View all]

She is, as mentioned, an immigrant from the Philippines and she is trying to become more Americanized in part by watching news every day. She doesn't like fox (yeah maybe a little help there), and she doesn't like romney. And I swear I didn't influence her decision on that matter.
Anyway, last month, she was hell bent on going to Iowa City to see President Obama so I went and got tix and we went to the event the next day. Romney is appearing here in Davenport on Monday and I asked her if she wanted to go. Her reply? "No. He's stupid and I don't like him." Her command of the language leaves a little to be desired, but she knows who is ok and who isn't. I'm proud of her.
