3. "angry about the ambulance thing"

A friend of mine went to a scheduled doctor's appointment at a hospital where the doctor sees his patients.
While there he had symptoms of a mild heart attack and was transported literally to the opposite side of the building in the ambulance.
His insurance didn't cover the ambulance and my friend was billed $1,000.
