More's the pity you continue using it. Shame on you.

On topic, Peshawar's non-drone-related death toll being orders of magnitude worse than drones leaves little surprise a rally can get government approval in an otherwise unlikely place. Fostering a little xenophobia is a great strategy when your citizens are killing one another by the score.
