Still seems surreal how the President of a sovereign country could allow himself and his office to be used as a stage for a tyrannical candidate of another country. To stand next to Trump and let him appear in the same league of other world leaders should bring shame to the Mexican people, the same way his bigoted antics here bring shame on us. Sending a tweet out hours later will not erase the image of Mexico's grandest office being used as a TV show backdrop. Trump used Mexico as a set decoration knowing that any blowback will not erase his desired image of greatness in a country's palace.
Watching Peña Nieto stare lifelessly as Trump lied once again while on their soil is hard to believe after he savaged their people for over a year. Ugh.
