A couple of generals have endorsed Hillary when they normally don't. Somebody would take Trump to court and the courts could rule it Trump doesn't have the power to order whatever he is ordering. The Founders did a pretty good job. Don the Con can't just take over as long as there is someone willing to oppose him.
