and it did NOT disappoint. Spock and Kirk were instant hits. My boyfriend (later husband) and I would drive to a neighboring town to an 18 y/o "beer bar" to watch it in color with a group of like-minded fans. Almost 15 miles. They would unplug the juke box and everyone would watch (or leave)! LOL!
