She was only appointed in 2009, so the previous problems can't be laid at her feet. http://www.mbc.ca.gov/About_Us/Members/

I'm glad Governor Brown's appointees are cleaning house and getting rid of dangers to the public like Dr. Bob. He's already caused at least one disease outbreak by his own admission.
