(135,425 posts)And we call Donald "The Donald" -- or "The Con-ald" plenty. In fact, "The Donald" was known as "The Donald" before Hillary came on the national scene. You have not been paying attention if you did not know this.
They're still using that term--between eagle attacks:

She made her candidacy announcement standing on a MASSIVE, GIANT "H" for HILLARY -- not a stage that spelled out "Clinton."
If it were up to her, she would have kept "Rodham." She liked her name. Society and faux conventions pushed her into taking Bill's name, and she did it so he'd win an election.
And we didn't (and do not) always call Bush "Bush." The older one is Bush the elder, Bush the First, George H.W, or Bush 41. The younger one, when we aren't calling him Dimsum or Idiot or Moron, is Bush 43, Dubya, or W.
