6. A requirement to make funeral arrangements for miscarriages??

FYI, I have a dear friend who lost her baby a couple years ago and had a wonderful funeral. That was HER choice. But I've also known women who have had miscarriages who had no desire to have a funeral.

It should be up to the family, not mandated by law.
