32. These folks weren't arrested. They were allowed to keep their guns.

So one of them went on to murder two people.

These folks weren't arrested, either. Like the ones above, they were allowed to keep their guns, so one of them went on to murder 4 people, including a 15 month old baby girl, in a massacre, as well as himself.
