I find I now have a routine. At 9am Pacific time, I switch to CNN. And I've started just leaving it there while I work or write or craft or whatever. Just noise in the background, really, but I can still listen while I'm doing something else. I usually don't switch back til Hardball.

But the advantage of leaving it on CNN throughout midday, even though I hate Wolf Blitzer's HORRID breath-control problems, is - I also miss Fuck Turd - OOPS, I meant Chuck Todd and the obnoxious Bloomberg twins, Mark Halperin and John Heilemann on "With All Due Respect." My husband reinvented Chuck Todd's name and now that's become a routine for me, too!
