(6,324 posts)Once again, if there is a person who had a gun you move the gun away from them for safety, but you don't take it from the scene.
And on a crowded scene it's probably going to be moved once quickly to get it away and later farther away.
It's far, far, far more likely that they moved the gun than there was some sort of mythical "throw down" gun. The SBI will be going over that one very well in the crime lab and if it's a "throw down" there won't be any of his fingerprints on it in the normal areas from handling and loading a gun. It's virtually imposes blew to split someone else's fingerprints in a controlled situation and make them look like ones that were on it from actual handling, and clearly they didn't have time to do that in the video with loads of people watching. That's why "throw down" guns are pretty mic Hollywood myth, modern forensics makes it easy to disprove.
The most rational, logical explanation is that they moved the gun away from him As a safety measure as every cop is trained to do in these situations. Believe the conspiracy nonsense about "throw down" guns if it makes you feel better to divorce yourself from reality.
