I mean, I don't think most of us can even come close to comprehending the warping of reality that grows out of being that ridiculously rich. He's NEVER had anyone around him, at least not since adulthood, who wasn't paid well enough to smoochy-smooch his ass all day and night long.

So he already thinks he's fucking awesomer than Batman, and he's surrounded by people who have a vested financial interest in adoring the shit of him and pretending like every booger that comes out of the dude's nose is a pure golden ingot.

You take someone who was probably basically decent to begin with but with some underlying mental and/or emotional issues, and run their life through that kind of scenario, and you come out with Michael Jackson.

Put a selfish egomaniac into that bizarro reality, and you get Trump.
