Let's put this in the proper tense. "have long revealed...."

And recast "lewd talk" for what it really is.

"17 years of interviews have long revealed that Trump is a sexual predator who has never respected a single woman ever born and thinks they are all blow up dolls with a pulse put on this planet to satisfy his needs, otherwise women have absolutely no purpose or inherent worth and integrity, because he's a broken and cruel human being."

There, that's better.
