7. What malice is displayed towards Melania by those statements in the story?

How is including those statements "actionable"? They are not libel, they are not malicious,and I don't see how they damage Melania at all.

Plus the "remedy" to attempt to force People to permanently remove the statements from the story is ridiculous. Millions of people have read that story, a good portion have copied or saved it. The statements cannot be removed from the internet anymore than Melania's husband's gross statements can be removed from the internet!

How stupid is Melania Trump and how fucking stupid is her attorney?

NOTE: I am not an attorney so the statements of mine above are my opinion based on decades of experience only.
