There's no "quandary," only hypocrisy.

Even on the issues evangelicals vote on -- hating gays and controlling women's bodies -- Trump is blatantly bullshitting them. Painfully, obviously bullshitting them, because he's got a long record to judge him by. He's never even opened a Bible.

Clinton, meanwhile, was a Sunday School teacher at one point, and has a well-documented history of being religiously active continually since. But only Republicans can be Christian in their minds, ergo Clinton can't be a Christian. These people are willfully stupid.
