by poisoning his followers, tRump has poisoned us all. they aren't just islands unto themselves, they're Americans with families who may disagree, and tRump is destroying, among many other things, the ability for people to disagree politically without stressful escalations.

i've noticed it myself - people are less friendly, less forgiving overall. as a white male, i now often feel hostility directed toward me as there's a relatively high chance i could be a tRump supporter, hence a racist mansplaining jackass. our national elections have often boiled over into the commons and civilian life, but this time it's especially poignant and nasty.
