I now know how our suffragist grandmothers and great-grandmothers must have felt when they were shooed back into the kitchen, how our mothers felt when they took their factory jobs away after WW2, how our older sisters felt when they were told "Only men need apply," how our daughters feel being offered less pay for the same work.

Thank you for taking the time to share this righteous rant on DU.
