2. Voting absentee in New Hampshire, a personal experience.

Go to the town hall, ask for an absentee ballot.
Fill it out, put it in the supplied envelope, hand it to the clerk.
She puts it in the box labeled "Absentee Ballots".
It will be counted on election day.
