The new one out of Japan this year; it's an interesting look at how modern governments look at reacting to disasters and the way responsibility is passed, time spent looking at the legality of any action, and just the whole convoluted structure that exists with so many departments. Similar would happen here if we had multiple "uprisings" around the country. Look at the Malheur thing to see just how long it was coddled and contained. This vision of sweeping cleanup on any who dare to defy is not something that would happen as it would really shatter the national psyche.
