3. I've been virtually housebound

for nearly five years and often can't make doctor appointments. I haven't even registered; my new state--one year residence--does not permit online registration. Early voting may only be done in person with a photo ID; I can't stand in lines. I haven't driven in well over five years and no longer have a DL.
