Check out P2 (propaganda due) connections to Opus Dei in Italy.

Spanish Opus Dei was heavily involved in the Ratline, and so were the Opus Dei people in Vatican City.
Santorum's family were allegedly Communist Partisans in Italy during WWII, but in fact they were fascist infiltrators and emigrated to America after the war.

I'd bet my bottom dollar that Opus Dei hung Robert Calvi from Blackfriars Bridge, with his feet dangling in the stream. They tried to put it off on Protestant English secret societies, by choosing that location, and symbolic death.

I'm not de railing the NY FBI opus dei discussion, please add more info when you can.
