3. Lyft and Uber are remarkably incurious

I tried to complain to Uber about one of their drivers, but it's not possible. They don't have a "contact us" link on their website. They don't have a phone number you can call. They don't even have an address to write to. Weird, huh? It's almost like they don't want to hear any complaints.
