IQ Range ("deviation IQ&quot

IQ Classification[32][33]

130 and above Very Superior
120–129 Superior
110–119 High Average
90–109 Average
80–89 Low Average
70–79 Borderline
69 and below Extremely Low

Below is a graph that explains what Average means. Note that 50% fall in the solid Average range (90 to 109). I misspoke earlier when I said that 74% fall in that range, but greater than 74% fall in the overall Average (Low to High) range.
