The morning after the election (when I finally was able to face the news) I went for an hour long run.

Felt much better after that.

As my 90 year old mother said to her to her two disappointed daughters, "life goes on".

She and my dad lived through the Blitz in WW2; they continued with daily life with courage and fortitude.

We sure as hell WILL get through this!
