13. Normalisation

Hi,

There is a process of 'normalisation' going on. At home we have been watching an old German TV series called 'Heimat' made in the 1990s by Edgar Reitz. It covers a German family's story from 1919, through WW11 and after.

There are those who will quote 'Godwin's Law' at this point, but leaving that context aside, the process is the same. There are those who embrace the process, those who go along for personal profit, those who see the truth but remain silent, and the victims. Just the same. There are enough of those enablers to overwhelm any protest outside of a decisive election defeat, which may be far in the future.
