Yes, we are primates, but primates are social creatures also, and social creatures exist in a society of others. So self-control is essential.

There are many paths to find that inner peace that you clearly recognize is needed. For your sake, I hope you find what works best for you.

And remember that even as Trump and his supporters fight progress, it is happening everywhere. Not perhaps as fast as we would like, but it is happening.
