(151,661 posts)57. Well, some are already fighting Schumer and Pelosi here.
It's difficult to understand, frankly. Both have long experience in legislative matters. Both understand how their houses of Congress operate and know the details of how to make the rules work. And yet, there are those who would replace them with far less experienced hands.
I hope we don't continue to engineer our own failure. That would be a real shame, IMO.
