in Wisconsin sent to Gitmo for reeducation and water boarding for those who resist. Please note that tRump has selected Sheriff David Clarke of Milwaukee county as a possible director for homeland security. If crazy is the defining characteristic requirement for that job, well then Clarke is numero uno.
