4. I Believe What I Have Described Is Most Likely Part Of Ryan's Poverty Plan.

I was reading an article by one of his supporters recently that pretty much said that. The GOP believes the churches should be responsible for poverty programs and employment programs. It was common in 1900 for the churches to handle poverty. There were no government programs back then.

In fact the labor model of the GOP looks exactly like it was post the Civil War. No labor laws, no child labor laws, market based wage, work at will, no due process in hiring firing, and no benefits except your miserly pay check. There were communities with company housing, company scrip and company stores. Workers had NO status and were expendable commodities.
