(12,367 posts)I do take issue that we have elected the same leadership, man or women, young or old, that has been in command while we lost the House and Senate, repeatedly, for several election cycles, MORE IMPORTANTLY: as well as giving republicans control of majority of governorships and state legislatures.
I am more than willing to give them a chance but I think it is completely fair to expect some results as well. A clear plan forward that produces real gains and creates better relationships at the state level that produces gains their as well.
That has to matter and I think it is a completely fair expectation.
To be clear I have been a Democrat all my life and I've been on this board since 2006. This is not about Sanders. We've been getting our ass handed to us and I think it is completely fair to hold our Party leadership to specific expectations and to replace them if they cannot produce. That is how the real world and a real job works, why should it be any different for them?
