It's that she's not been a good leader. She's lost a net 64 seats since she's been the Democratic leader.

And there is no sign of this changing. So when is it OK for us to demand someone else?

When you football team keeps losing, eventually people will start demanding the QB be cut or the head coach be fired.

When can we demand a leadership change without being accused of being "privileged white men?" How many years do we have to go through losses like what happened in 2014 and 2016?

Is gender the issue? Do we not want to take a leadership position away from a woman? THEN FIND ANOTHER WOMAN! After this election loss, I want something to change. And right now, nothing is changing! Same identity politics. Same stale leadership. Don't blame me when Donald Trump gets re-elected.
