buying advertising from them. Get ready to see Carrier ads day and night for awhile.

The McDonald's coffee case is a prime example. The media reported that "Woman spills hot coffee and wins millions!"

They failed to report that Mickey D's had raised the temp of the coffee to make more coffee per bean and stay fresh longer. After confidentially settling the resulting burn cases they saw it was still very profitable. The lady in that case almost died and had he clitoris and labia removed. The award was a couple of million (1 day of coffee sales) but the judge reduced it to $900 k.

The media dared not report that for fear of losing a big advertiser. They did the same with the BP oil spill. They have never reported what has really happened down here and just how bad it was/is!
