30. I believe Hillary actually won these 3 states

Greg Pallast said Wisconsin keeps raising the fees and won't let all the votes get counted - really trying to discourage a fair recount. Wisconsin really doesn't want the votes counted. Trump knows Hillary won Michigan and PA sounds like it was so easy to steal.
