(108 posts)35. You know the supreme court doesn't have the power to do that right?
They can at best send it back to the states which is exactly what happened with Bush/Gore. One flipped state not going to happen. I think Trump fights back and starts looking into states he lost by a narrow margin. It would be a state by state decision.
