One is not "an unbelievably brilliant strategist" when that person's candidate loses a popular vote by 2.5 million votes. One is not "an unbelievably brilliant strategist" when the only reason their candidate won the electoral college vote is because other Republicans were successful at preventing minorities from voting and preventing the votes of some of those minorities who did vote from being counted.
