I don't remember any 24/7 protests in Bismarck to move the pipeline. No Bismarck residents had to tolerate what the Sioux are experiencing. I'm sure their "protest" happened in nice warm meeting rooms with coffee and donuts served. No sub-freezing water spray for them. Just a little "tsk tsk - this won't do - no, not at all" conversation and their water is protected.

That's the privilege of being heard.
