9. They have been rapidly phasing out tellers.

The pool of people making the minimum at B of A has declined as a result of their more recent changes. The teller position is also being asked to do more than ever.

Two years ago, as they began phasing out tellers in my area, they literally had police officers posted at their doors to deal with pissed off customers.

B of A gets absolutely no respect from me.
