The same crimes we executed Nazi and Japanese war criminals. So far I list Trump's number one crime is conspiring with a foreign government to seize the American government in a conspiratorial coup. This will be hard to prove in court (there is no possibility it will ever go to court). Trump could instigate a new American Civil war (suspension of U.S Constitution) or possibly an international war. So far Trump as a private citizen has been allowed to commit crimes.
