to win. Someone or several people here speculated he wanted to start a Trump News network and be a media mogul...

But now it's looking like he's set his sights on more ways to force his will. He wants to ram his picks through and get exemptions for that Mad Dog Mattis or he's threatening that people will get angry. Looks like he has no intention of complying with laws or customs, and it looks like no one will make him.
