This proves that Donald Trump is not and will not be running the country. Mike Pence et al will be running the country. That may be the real reason Republicans returned home to vote for Donald Trump. They may have already known that Trump would not actually be running the country.

We all need to understand who is running the transition, who was that person's role model, and how that person acted when they were put in charge of the Vice Presidential selection process and how they acted when they entered the White House. Mike Pence is running the transition team. He has said his role model for being Vice President is Dick Cheney. It has been said that Dick Cheney was put in charge of President Bush's VP search and picked himself. Once Cheney and Bush entered the White House, it was rumored that Dick Cheney was actually running the country. It seems we are seeing the same situation with the incoming White House team.
