5. That ignoring bullies doesn't and has never worked.

They know this, but parents and teachers keep trying to say it will solve the problem. It doesn't and this is proof.

If she was the adult monitor, why wasn't she doing her job? I mean if they were bullying a kid would she have still just cried?

I'm sorry I realize y'all want me to sympathize with the lady and hate the children, but that woman should've been able to handle such a small bit of harassment about being heavy and hot.

Seriously, if it had been me, I'd have just said, "yeah, I'm fat and I'm hot, do you really want to piss me off?" Or perhaps, "yeah, I'm fat and hot and you will be too when you're my age."

Not one word from her, not one ounce of defense or comeback? I just have no understanding of people being willing to play the victim without even the slightest effort otherwise, and again,

MY BIGGEST CONCERN is that if this monitor couldn't handle some personal harassment, how could she be expected to handle a student gang on student altercation? That's her job, she apparently isn't qualified.
